Claire
Bio and Mission Statement
Claire is a Social Worker and Therapist with over 15 years experience working with children and families. Her expertise is in helping those whose early experiences in life have made trust and intimacy difficult. Whether you need support in making sense of your own experiences or are caring for children who are struggling, maybe due to trauma or neurodiversity, together with clients and families, Claire helps to rebuild trust and find joy in relationships. Claire is an integrative therapist dedicated to supporting both adults and children through attachment based and somatic-focussed care. Her practice draws on Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and Theraplay to strengthen family relationships, while incorporating yoga therapy and Neuro Affective Touch therapy to address the physiological roots of trauma. Claire’s goal is to create a compassionate, regulated space where clients can repair developmental ruptures and foster lasting resilience.
My Mission
To provide a sanctuary for healing from developmental and relational trauma by integrating the science of connection with the wisdom of the body. Through DDP, Theraplay and somatic therapies we partner with clients to restore their natural capacity for safety, joy, and deep relational health.
